Keep up to date with all the rants and ramblings from GGpX.

Useless news post.

Sunday,
June
21st
I'm an attention whore.

You can follow me and my every-day computer bullshit at http://twitter.com/GGpX after Zenquibo and yal (Dirty Germ) forced me to register.

Also, we changed the commenting on the site somewhat, so you should be able to comment easily now. Hopefully. Try it on this news post or another if you want.

If you have problems commenting, contact deusgear at gmail dot com and bitch at him about it.

So yeah. That's all.

Still as uninspired as ever. Yaaay.

So, today we have a Shonan Jun'ai Gumi chapter for you all. Chapter 76 (!SJG76) available via IRC.

Still looking for cleaners.

Had a few more applications recently. Many thanks to everyone of you who took the time to apply.

Have a good one.

Late news post.

Tuesday,
June
16th
I forgot to make a news post when we released Holyland 47 (!Holy47) so here it is.

I feel extremely uninspired to write anything, more so than usual....

By the way, we sure could use a translator or two for Holyland... We're kinda out of scripts again. Please apply. `-')

Today we're releasing Sengoku 11-13 (!Sen11 - !Sen13).

Enjoy.

PS. Need staff. Editors. Thanks.

New releases, finally ugh. (Part 802)

Saturday,
June
6th
Hi.

Me again.

I have one thing to add re: our previous releases.

I added Kotonoha's What a Wonderful World volume 1 (!WaWW1) & volume 2 chapters 10-11 (!WaWW10) on the bot for those of you who want to try the series out.

Now, on to releases this time!

I'm so happy to have QCers. Thank you to dxInt (New member) and Digital_Eon (Whom I had to drag onto IRC, kicking and screaming) for QCing our releases this week.

Koukou Tekken-den Tough 21 (!Tough21) Hopefully we'll be having more releases soon. I wish we could have one stable Editor for the series, so I don't have to do the (half-assed) editing myself.

Mephisto 11 (!Mep11) And this concludes volume 1. We'll be making a volume pack ~2 weeks from now. Nitouryu will start working on volume 2 chapters once he's not so busy with school.

Riki-Oh Volume 11 (Chapters 65-68 + Kirinji Oneshot) (!Riki11) Welp, the before-to-last volume. Leaves you on a pretty nice cliffhanger, too. We'll (hopefully) have Riki-Oh volume 12 out sooner rather than later. We also made a volume pack of Riki-Oh Volume 10 (!Riki10) for you to download.

Sidonia no Kishi (!Sido2) Newest chapter of Nihei Tsutomu's manga in Kodansha's Afternoon magazine. Like I said on the first chapter we released, we're not aiming for great looking scanlations with the magazine releases. We're just not interested (or have the resources) to make perfect looking cleans out of magazine pages. We'll redo them when the tankobon comes out for a better looking scan.

We've now released 802 chapters with all of this, not including v2's and re-packs of volumes.

As always, we're looking for staff. The more staff (Editors) we get, the sooner we can release more mangas.

Anyway, have a good one.

New releases, finally ugh.

Wednesday,
June
3rd
So we've finally restarted releasing stuff.

Yesterday, Holyland 46 (!Holy46) was released.

Today, we're releasing Saru Lock 29 (!Saru29) which concludes volume 3. We're now starting the epic volume 4, which includes a lot of great moments, and a few epic doubles. (Need Editors.)

We're also doing a new project, What a Wonderful World by Asano Inio. If you haven't checked out his works, stop and go now. One title in particular, Nijigaraha Holograph. If you're an idiot, don't bother reading it. You won't understand it. We've released chapter 12 (!WaWW12), where Kotonoha has left off. It's essentially a solo project me and njt wanted to do. We'll also be doing a bunch of other Asano Inio stuff over the next few months, so enjoy.

Still recruiting staff for just about all positions, apply on the forums.

Have a good one.

Looking for competent QCers. (And various other staff)

Tuesday,
May
26th
So, I'll keep it short and sweet.

A lot of us in the group are pretty busy multitude of real life things, mostly school-related. (Which is why we haven't had many releases lately) The three main Editors, antifon Nitouryu & Zenquibo are all focusing on their school work. We have a few Editors who work "part-time", though. We have no active proofreaders, with one semi-active proofreader (<3 mangatake). Translations aren't really a problem, because 1) Molokidan rocks and 2) I rock. `-'). We're okay in terms of typesetters too, I suppose.

This group has a total of two (2) [real] active QCers, Digital_Eon & Kuthrow. Digital_Eon is busy hunting a rich loli boyfriend who looks like the D. Gray-man protagonist (To which I fit none of the criterias, sigh). Kuthrow is just busy with editing ID & other stuff for k-manga.

We have a logjam of stuff waiting at QC, including:

-Koukou Tekken-den Tough 21 (+22 soon)
-Riki-Oh Volume 11
-Holyland Chapter 46
-A few Sengoku chapters
-Some Full Metal Panic Sigma chapters.
-A volume from a series we haven't released in a long time. (It's a secret).

So, we need QCers to make the releases happen. If you'd like to apply at other positions, that's fine too... Just that we're in a bigger need for QCers than other positions.

If you're interested in making the releases come out faster, apply.

Mind you, if you do apply, you'll need to take the application test & be active on IRC.

Thanks, have a good one.

Welcome back, illiteracy~

Friday,
May
8th
Hi. illiteracy recently came back to the group, and everyone is just so happy to see him. He even gave us a nice present with Die Quarry Proie (!DQP) to release. :)

Die Quarry Proie is another oneshot from the awesome Mandala magazine. If only that magazine had less redraws... Sigh. Well, we'll try to do some more series from it. If you're a good color cleaner, please help us out ._.

Also, we have Shonan Jun'ai Gumi 75 for you. Trigger is !SJG75 on IRC.

Always looking for new staff, so please apply here. No experience required.

Enjoy.

RIKI-OH FRIIIDAAAAYAYYY!!!

Friday,
May
1st
Today... TODAYY!!!!

I'm in the DBE spirit, I suppose. Pointless yelling and powerups and stuff. I dunno.

Anyway. Need staff, especially Editors & Quality Checkers. Apply on the forums. We're going to try to get the ball rolling for Riki-Oh and FMP Sigma in May. Hopefully these can get going.

So, today's releases...

First, we have My Street 5 (!MStreet05) in a joint with The Rabbit Reich (Big thanks .-,). This concludes the first volume of the series. Three more to go! (I like how these volumes are small. :) )

Second, we have Riki-Oh 60-64 (!Riki60 - !Riki64) which also concludes the volume. Volume 10, done. Volume 11 only has 4 chapters, as it contains a oneshot by Saruwatari Tetsuya at the end about the jungle or something. Then volume 12 is 250 or so pages with a oneshot at the end as well. However, it contains 7 chapters.

Just a quick note... Finals are coming right around the corner for a lot of people, so the people involved will be focusing on school.

That's all, have a good one.
